RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RENTAL ITEMS
Rental items are reserved specifically for the dates selected by the customer. Rental items are not eligible for a standard retail return or refund after they have been picked up, delivered, installed, or used.
Our standard rental period normally includes the pickup date, event date, and return date unless different arrangements are confirmed in writing.
CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES
Cancellation and rescheduling requests are handled according to our Rental Terms & Conditions. Eligibility for a refund, store credit, or date change depends on the timing of the request, item preparation already completed, and availability for the new date.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund or credit.
UNUSED RENTAL ITEMS
No refund is provided for rental items or services that are not used after pickup, delivery, or setup has been completed.
PROBLEMS WITH AN ITEM
Customers must inspect rental items when they are picked up or delivered. Any missing, damaged, incorrect, or unusable item must be reported to Rent Ottawa Decor immediately and before the event or use of the item.
If Rent Ottawa Decor is unable to provide a confirmed rental item, we may offer a suitable replacement, reschedule the rental, issue store credit, or provide an applicable refund.
RETURNS, DAMAGE, AND LATE FEES
Rental items must be returned on the agreed date and in the same condition in which they were received, excluding reasonable wear from proper use.
Late returns, missing items, excessive cleaning, damage, unauthorized alterations, or loss may result in additional charges according to our Rental Terms & Conditions.
