SHIPPING, DELIVERY, PICKUP, AND RETURN POLICY

Rent Ottawa Decor primarily provides local event décor rentals in Ottawa and surrounding areas. Rental products are not shipped through standard parcel or postal services unless specifically confirmed in writing.
CUSTOMER PICKUP
Free customer pickup is available by appointment from:
156 MacLaren Street
Ottawa, Ontario
Canada
Customers must arrive at the confirmed pickup time and use a suitable vehicle to transport the rented items safely.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available to eligible addresses within our service area. Availability and the delivery fee are displayed during checkout after the customer enters the delivery address.
Unless otherwise stated, the local delivery fee covers one-way delivery only.
Delivery does not automatically include:
• pickup after the event;
• installation or setup;
• dismantling;
• balloon décor;
• floral décor;
• custom signage; or
• additional event services.
These services must be selected, purchased, or confirmed separately.
PICKUP AFTER THE EVENT
Pickup after the event is not included in the one-way delivery fee. Customers may return the rental items themselves or arrange paid pickup after the event, subject to availability and confirmation by Rent Ottawa Decor.
DELIVERY ACCESS
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, event date, contact number, access instructions, parking information, and any relevant venue restrictions.
Additional charges may apply if delivery or pickup requires unexpected waiting time, difficult access, stairs, long carrying distances, restricted parking, or a second delivery attempt.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery and pickup times are arranged in advance. Any displayed timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by traffic, weather, venue access, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
RETURN OF RENTAL ITEMS
Rental items must be returned on the agreed date and at the agreed time. Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges unless a different return arrangement was approved in writing.
